“I work with individuals and families in a compassionate and understanding way. I listen to what they are going through to help them find workable solutions. I am particularly interested in anxiety and how it affects the individual and family as a whole.”
-Deborah Mertlich

What I offer:

I provide evidence-based counseling and therapy to people who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, stress and worry. I strive to help individuals and families identify their worries and fears, so they can move forward in their lives. I provide education and skills to help them learn how to do things outside of my office. The work individuals and families do outside my office is the way they improve their lives. As therapy progresses I am there for guidance and support. I work with professionals in the community to coordinate care for the individual and family.
